Shop- Blasting and Coating Application
EBT Engineering Pte Ltd is equipped with the facility to conduct blast
cleaning and coating application services off-site. Our blasting shop
situated at No. 7 Tuas Basin Close allow us to conduct Abrasive Blast
Cleaning to removes rust, mill scales, paint and other surface
contaminants at a controlled environment.
Our Auto-Blasting Machine allows for effective and swift blasting of
raw materials to the client’s required standard.
Our Manual Blasting Chamber allows for blasting of fabricated materials
of different shapes and sizes. Furthermore the Manual Blasting Chamber
allows us to undertake a wide range of materials and spec, using steel
grit and garnet, we can undertake blasting work suitable for Carbon
Steel, Stainless Steel or Galvanized materials.
Coating application can be done according to our client's requirements
and paint manufacturers' guidelines and recommendations. We are apt at
different methods of applications include roller application, air assist
spray and airless spray using a wide range of paint manufacturers.
